Terms of Service Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TFW Global's website, platform, educational content, community, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using TFW Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Educational Content & No Financial Advice
1.1 Educational Purpose Only
TFW Global provides educational content, training materials, trading strategies, and community support for women interested in learning about trading. All content, including videos, courses, webinars, and community discussions, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
1.2 Not Financial Advice
TFW Global does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or personalized trading recommendations. Nothing on the platform should be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice. You should never make any trading or investment decisions based solely on TFW Global's content without conducting your own research and consulting with a licensed financial advisor.
1.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes. You understand and acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
2. Membership & Skool Platform
2.1 Membership Plans
TFW Global offers membership through the Skool community platform. Membership plans are offered at various price points (Standard: $35/month, Premium: $70/month). Your membership is a recurring subscription agreement processed through Skool.
2.2 Billing & Renewal
Your membership will automatically renew on the date you selected when signing up, unless you cancel. Skool will charge your payment method on file. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and keeping it current.
2.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time with no contracts, penalties, or long-term obligations. Cancellation requests should be made through your Skool account. We do not offer refunds for partial months—your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Content Ownership
All content, including but not limited to videos, course materials, trading systems, strategies, trading plans, templates, worksheets, recordings, and proprietary methodologies ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to TFW Global and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Limited License
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download (except as provided by the Service), copy, distribute, transmit, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Content without TFW Global's express written consent.
3.3 Recording & Sharing Restrictions
You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, or share any proprietary content, community discussions, recordings, or materials from the Skool community without written permission from TFW Global. Unauthorized recording or distribution of Content is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate membership termination and legal action.
4. User Conduct in Community
4.1 Respectful Community
TFW Global is a women-only trading education community. All members are expected to treat each other with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. We encourage open dialogue while maintaining a supportive, non-hostile environment.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, discriminate against, or demean other members
- Post spammy, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Promote other services or products without permission
- Share personal information of other members without consent
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws
- Violate the terms of the Skool platform
4.3 Moderation & Termination
TFW Global reserves the right to moderate content, remove posts, and terminate membership for violations of these Terms or the community standards. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all traders or investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The materials provided by TFW Global are educational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of profitability. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and agree to trade at your own risk.
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
6.1 "As-Is" Service
TFW Global and its content are provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. TFW Global makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of any content provided.
6.2 No Income Guarantees
TFW Global does not guarantee any specific income, profit, or return on investment. Results vary by individual based on skill, experience, capital allocation, market conditions, and numerous other factors. Testimonials of members do not represent typical results.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFW Global, its owners, coaches, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of income, arising from or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on any content provided.
7.2 Responsibility for Losses
TFW Global is not responsible for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service, reliance on content, or trading decisions made based on content provided.
8. Third-Party Services
TFW Global uses third-party platforms and services (including Skool for membership management). TFW Global is not responsible for any issues, outages, or problems with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Modification of Terms
TFW Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for any disputes.
